Data collected
This website collects data only in the following circumstances:
- Contact form: name, email address, phone number, and message text submitted voluntarily via the contact form on the homepage. This data is used solely to respond to the inquiry.
- Server logs: IP address, browser type, referring URL, and page requested are recorded in standard server access logs. These logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days for security and diagnostic purposes and are not used for profiling or marketing.
- Cookie preference: a single localStorage value records whether the visitor has accepted or rejected cookies. No tracking cookies are set.
Cookies
Hearthview does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies (Google Analytics, Matomo, or similar), or social media tracking pixels. The only browser storage used is a single localStorage entry to record your cookie preference so the consent banner is not shown on subsequent visits.
Third-party content

Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months, after which they are deleted. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data held by Hearthview. Requests should be sent to info@hearthview.eu. Responses will be provided within 30 days in accordance with GDPR Article 12.
Data transfers
No personal data is transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. Server infrastructure is hosted within the European Union.
